They are talking about internet voting. I've already contacted some folks in Canada, that is what they mean by "electronic voting" to increase turnout. Their ballots are too simple to justify DRE voting. Internet voting has spread to many municipalities in Canada and a pilot is being promoted for the province of Alberta next.
