Jennifer T. McCray is a writer, workplace consultant and a mental health professional who holds a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In the past she has served as a university career and disability counselor for many years. She has also worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and has written columns on the mentally ill in her local newspaper. Additionally, she is a trainer in disability, career, and mental health issues – conducting numerous seminars in these areas. She facilitates a local bipolar disorder group and has facilitated a CHADD group. She is currently working on a book about her own struggle with bipolar disorder in the workplace tentatively entitled CHAOS AT WORK: A Black Professional Woman's Battle with Manic-Depression.
