At a crucial juncture, many Americans remain misinformed or jaded with respect to the Affordable Care Act. What is it that causes so much passion on both sides of the isle, when so few seem to actually understand the actual purpose of the policy? I can speak from personal experience where health-care reform could have drastically changed the course of my life as a young child.
