Helen Jaccard is the coordinator for the Veterans for Peace Golden Rule project and  has been an associate member of Veterans for Peace for 10 years. Helen has been very active in anti-nuclear issues for decades with several organizations including VFP and the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom.  She has done research and writing on uranium mines and leaking radioactivity on native American lands and traveled in Europe researching and speaking about environmental pollution from U.S. military bases.  Helen has been the  Chair of War and Environment Working Group of Veterans For Peace.
