Gender Equality is Essential to our Survival as a Species For too long our species have evolved with short-term male-dominated thinking and values. We have now reached a stage where this biased approach to life is taking us to our own self-destruction. Gender equality is no longer a political football but a necessity. It was Albert Einstein who said, "The thinking that created the problem is quite incapable of solving it." Never was this wisdom more profound that it is now!
