The task is, to find a new Professor Moriarty, a new evil villain to justify the future development of weapons systems and global & domestic hostilities on the drawing board planned ahead… A puppet show must be created to replace the old Bin Ladin puppet show.

Yes, this is a new year with even more NSA surveillance. A new year with even more unprovoked Para-Military style Police Killings of unarmed U.S. citizens… Yes, the public are in the dark there is no end in site as the citizens still stare and blink at their TV screen as the Burma Shave signs of censorship speed by their eyes… on road to military insanity. It is full speed ahead….The U.S. Citizens have been efectivly locked in the trunk as our Government continues to speed down the bumpy road driving over Our Constitution, Bill of Rights, Financial Future Ecological Future ~ ALL with it's big foot firmly on the gas peddle stuck to the floor board…~ and… In the distance, the financial cliff quickly approaches. ~ all hope evaporates… Thinking in hind site … How all this current unfolding nightmare could be different only if only… we had the courage to stand up do the correct and honorable thing… to change the world from what it is …. to what is should be ~ it has always been as simple as that !

Having been a court consultant for many years, I agree with your views. I have seen so many capricious judge rulings that I have become jaded with the system. There are a few judges that do the right thing, but too many that don't. Years ago I told one of my relatives, then a law student, now a prominent attorney, that justice goes to the highest bidder. She agreed. I like your analysis.
