Dr. Moses Seenarine completed an Ed.D in Philosophy and the Social Sciences from Columbia University. Dr. Seenarine is a former Assistant Professor of Hunter College, City University of New York. He is the author of Education and Empowerment Among Dalit (Untouchable) Women in India by Mellen Press, and several articles on gender, caste and migration.
