We ALL have different agendas however we need to focus on creating a SINGLE message that encompasses ALL of those Agendas and this is our idea of what that looks like.
Let's first identify the major positions and groups under-represenated in the media today.
We have the Impeach George Bush Folks
We have the 911 Truth folks
We have the people who want us out of Iraq
We have the Patriots
We have the Death to the NWO Folks
We have the Environmentalists
We have the Faith Based Organizations
We have the Net Neutrality folks trying to save the Internet
We have the Gun Owners
We have the Labor Groups
We have the people who want Energy Independence
We have the Constitutionalists
We have the Media Accountability folks
We have the Government Accountability folks
We have the people opposing Corporate Welfare and Corporate Influence
We have the people in the Sovereignty movement
We have the people against NAFTA and all things UN
We have the people who want to get rid of the Federal Reserve and the IRS
We have the Minorities and Racial groups
We have the people trying to get more people to Vote
We have the people who believe in Universal Health Care
This pretty much covers it (if you do not see your position add it in a comment). We are not condoning or validating ANY position here but what we ARE doing is trying to find common ground between ALL positions.
We NEED to find common ground. There are ENOUGH of US in EACH of these positions that if combined into 1 platform, and we ALL VOTE, that platform would be BIGGER than the Democrat OR Republican party possibly even put together. The time for Apathy is over.
The FIRST thing we MUST realize is that we are ALL in this together.
If you are a selfish person - we are - you need to understand that a higher level of selfishness is helping your fellow man because it actually serves YOU to do so.
When we Invade Iran, which George Bush is DETERMINED to do in August of 2008 according to the May 28 issue of the Asia Times (http://www.atimes.com/atimes/Middle_East/JE28Ak01.html), and gas goes to $10 a gallon, the way your neighbor thinks and reacts to this will be YOUR PROBLEM.
The SECOND thing we MUST do is realize that this is NOT A Party problem or even a USA problem. This is a problem for all citizens of the world and we need to address it as such. That is not a "globalist" agenda - that is simply recognizing that what happens in the USA happens to the rest of the world. We have been divided for a REASON and that is to PREVENT this kind of dialog from taking place. There is CLEAR dissention in BOTH political parties and this is because these parties are a DISTRACTION from the REAL issues that face us today.
So this is the platform we see emerging. There is a growing group of people who consider themselves UNACCOUNTABLE. These people are in politics, in business and in the organizations you work for.
Now with S 1959 - the homegrown terrorist act - people with this way of thinking are seeking to use the LABEL of TERRORIST to further avoid accountability. Their actions have EFFECTS and they do not want to be ACCOUNTABLE to the EFFECTS of the behaviors and actions that they have CAUSED. Classic avoidance of the law of CAUSE and EFFECT. They WANT to call you a TERRORIST - classify you as an "Enemy Combatant" strip you of your rights, your money and ANY MEANS to hold them accountable. Economic class is irrevalent.
This concept of UNACCOUNTABILITY is DIRECTLY RELEVANT to ALL of our issues.
If we can build a platform that echoes that from EVERY video and position statement we make AND we follow a strict agreed upon loose uncoordinated plan of action we will accomplish ALL of our objectives.
Thus what we propose is to build a cross organizational ACCOUNTABILITY MOVEMENT that begins by focusing on not only stopping S 1959 but EXPOSING ALL the people that are promoting that it is OKAY to be UNACCOUNTABLE. It is NOT okay.
S 1959 is the linchpin as the mainstream media is blacking out coverage of a bill WORSE than the Patriot Act.
