Why do you want to tell the new bums when you throw the old bums out?

You can't scratch your butt these days without elbowing someone who is screaming that we should "throw the bums out!" If the old bums have got to go, the new bums need to get get clear marching orders with certain knowledge that the exercise of throwing them out will be just as gratifying as it was with their predecessors. If they don't get a loud and clear message, they can rationalize their own reasons for the prior Congress' retirement and stay just as unresponsive.

What would youinstruct the new bums to do?

Get public campaign funding done, with real teeth!
Get us moving on a new sustainable energy policy that doesn't include petroleum!
Turn the Wall Street masters of the universe into a green eyeshaded bunch of milquetoasts!
Get corporations to pay their fair share of taxes!
Give me my job back!
You call these choices? I'll tell you what I think in the comment thread!
