- Primary every centrist, corporate, neoliberal Democrat, particularly the leadership-- Pelosi, Schumer, Hoyer, Cardin. Eliminate anti-democratic, top-down factors in primaries, including superdelegates and donations from incumbents to primary candidates.
- Define American values as being progressive-- define centrism and moderate positions as cowardly can't-do-ism that is against the American values of being able to face challenges ang get things done.
update: ideas from commenters:
- Institute public banking at all levels of government.
- break up big media-- return us to the diverse media ecosystem that existed before Bill Clinton signed the bill allowing media consolidation. Legislate so government can't pressure media, including intelligence agencies. Make it so what Chelsea Manning and Julian Assange did would be totally legal.
- Address economic inequality. Raise taxes to levels they were under Dwight Eisenhower. Pass some form of legislation that Sanders and Warren are promoting, to tax billionaires.
