Many others have taken on the issue of lowering the voting age and increasing the percentage of youth who vote. But again, their vote would trend blue. Time for grassroots boots on the ground? It's always time for that, for, according to a copyrighted slogan, "Democracy is a verb."
It's always time for that. Perhaps we can lower the huge percentage of tragedy during these troubled years of life. It's worth a try.
