PS: I had an interesting question that came just days before leaving on this trip. It was from a very well-connected gentleman on the East Coast who has a fairly large contact base of VIPs. His question to me was, "Do you have connection with the Russian government regarding this trip?" I replied, "None at all." Then I learned he had been told by one of his VIPs about our trip with its numerous city destinations. His friend remarked that "the Russian government would have to be involved to do the d etails of all of this travel, it couldn't be done any other way!"
So it made me feel quite good about getting our trip together on my home computer! However I had some great help from fellow travelers, which I'll mention in another email soon.
