The Last Nail in the Coffin...or Utopia War vs. Peace and Happiness. For citizens of probably every country, I would guess that living in peace, and having a job, would be their first choices....yet, all live under their governments and have little say in their politics. I believe governments know what their people want but even in our for, of and by the people government, their needs and desires fall on deaf ears.

My rant to the DNC after their latest request for (more) donations... My view on the travesty that donations to Congressmen are necessary in order to combat the effects of Citizen's United which basically supports Corporate rule that should have zero power in a democracy.

I smiled when I saw Meryl Ann's piece on Dr. Burzynski.... There are successful alternate cancer treatments, none of which our medical system endorses.... Personally, I think "money" plays a big part in that....

The Viet Nam War, Protests and Observations of the US Today A personal take on the US at war today, the dirth of ongoing massive anti-war protests, and some observations made while going cross-country on a Greyhound bus. My daughter had a sign in her dorm room. "The tragedy of life is not what we suffer, but what we miss". She compiled a little book for her students called "Gulp Life". She has inspired me to live 'outside the box'.

Letter to the Supreme Court Primarily an attempt, albeit feeble, to get the Supreme Court to back to realizing this is supposed to be a country for, of and by the people. Their Citizen's United ruling is the antithesis of the Constitution's declarations. The Justices clearly should have known better.

What Trump can do to "Make America Great Again" War and Peace. The state of our nation funding the military will only lead us down the road to destruction. Peace, on the other hand, would not be good just for us, but for the world... provided we give up our insane quest for money and power.
