Smart phones have eliminated the need for calculators, physical fitness gadgets, mobile radio, computers, camera, scanner, voice recorder and even currency converter machines. If we could harness the human development advancement in technology, we could advance a step further in case of TB treatment by exploring the use of inhaled therapies and stop the TB epidemic in our generation. The journey will be worth it. As Charles Darwin had noted, "it is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change".
