(67) We, A Majority of, "The People Of The Direct Democracy Republic
Common Wealth Of The United States Of America", do recognize the Other
Beingness, in Creation, of Alien Species that did not originate on Our Planet.
(68) If an Alien of another Planetary Species comes to Our World, well announced, and with evident benign intentions then such Beings can reasonably expect Humanity to treat them sincerely and kindly "even extending the warmest of welcomes to them. It is hoped that Mutual Benefit can come from this kind of contact and exchange.
However, if the arrival is other than peaceful and benign and proves to be threatening to Us, then the Aliens will be treated as adversaries and a danger to Our Species. While they will probably be superior to Us in many ways, if they invade, subtly, or aggressively, they prove themselves to be no Morally better than the least of Us.
God help Us in dealing with an Alien Species that has the knowledge, means and power to travel vast distances of outer space.
We ask all other Nations, to be with Us in this Sacred Cause. Message to Alien Species: Be aware of and never forget! That Earth (Urantia) is Our World!
It is the original place in Creation that We begin, Individually and Collectively, Our Eternal Careers and on which We continue to Evolve Toward More and Better, in the Great Designs Of Creator. It is Our God-Given Right to be here and to nurture and protect Our Heritage World.
