Government said to print partisan poster for William Barr

A new whistleblower complaint alleges that the United States Bureau of Engraving and Printing has printed the below poster for partisan purposes. It was allegedly produced for William Barr, immediately after he learned that his first report of discarded Trump ballots was unfounded.
