Warren founded The Redlich Law Firm in 2003 as a solo practitioner. Due mainly to the success of the firm's website, the firm has grown and now includes four attorneys. The firm handles criminal defense and personal injury cases.
Working with his brother Steve, Warren formed SpinJ Corporation. The company builds and manages websites. Its leading website is a traffic court directory that gets over 90,000 unique visitors a month.
In 2007, Warren was elected to a 4-year term on the Guilderland Town Board. He was the Republican candidate for Congress in 2004 and 2006. He also served as one of the lawyers helping Ron Paul get on the ballot in New York State in 2008.
Warren has a J.D. from Albany Law School, a Master's in Political Science from Stanford University, and a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Rice University. He is a graduate of Guilderland Central High School.
