From 1996 to 2001 Manfred helped to introduce the RE/MAX Commercial and Residential Franchise system to Germany and served as regional owner and director for 3 of the 6 RE/MAX regions in Germany. He has also worked for Cendant (now Realogy), owners of the franchise brands, Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and ERA.
He is currently purchasing the Commercial and Residential Master Franchise Rights to Coldwell Banker for India.
Manfred has written a number of international real estate articles, lectured and given investment seminars at various Real Estate Conventions, Private Functions and Universities in the US, Americas, Europe and Asia.
He is regularly interviewed and quoted by International Newspapers and Magazines including the New York Times, International Herald Tribune, Real Estate TV and Radio shows, such as online radio mp3 talk show
incomepropertyinvestmenttalk, as well as for the CCIM and NAR Real Estate Magazines.
Manfred is a senior instructor for all of the FIABCI, TRC and CIPS International Real Estate courses.
He is the only instructor to have received both the FIABCI University and CIPS Instructor of the year award.
