Amy Winehouse was found dead on July 23rd, 2011 at 3.54 pm in her London flat, and the cause of her death is still unknown. I wanted to analyze Amy's astrology chart and see what was going on in her life around the time of her death. But I could not find her accurate birth time on internet until yesterday, when I was approached by a close acquaintance of Amy Winehouse's family with her accurate birth time, 10:25 PM on September 14th, 1983 in Enfield, London, UK. I rectified the birth time to 10:32 PM based on some important events in Amy's life using Vedic Astrology.
I prepared Amy Winehouse's Vedic Astrology Chart, and checked the accuracy of the birth time. Amy is Taurus ascendant with ascendant at 26 degrees 08 minutes and the ruling planet is Venus according to Vedic Astrology. Venus is the ascendant lord in Amy's case, and it also rules 6th house of health issues according to Indian Astrology. Venus in the constellation of 2nd house lord Mercury (money, voice) and Mercury is in the 5th house of entertainment business, in conjunction with 5th house lord Sun and they both are in 5th house lord's constellation. I have seen so many times whenever there is connection between 1st house (self), 2nd house (money, voice), and 5th house (celebrity, entertainment business, love marriage, sex life) and Mercury is involved as Mercury rules the 2nd house of Voice and Money in Amy's case, the person will be a celebrity and have successful career, name and fame in music industry and do very well as a singer. The planets which are involved in this configuration are Venus, Mercury, Ketu, and Sun. These are the planets that can bring name and fame for Amy Winehouse in her career as a singer. Amy was in Venus Mahadasha for 20 years from Jan 1987 to Jan 2007. During this time the peak period was when Amy was in Venus Mahadasha and Mercury Bhukti ( Jan 2003 to Nov 2005) and Venus Mahadasha and Ketu Bhukti (Nov 2005 to Jan 2007) according to Vedic Astrology. This was the time when Amy achieved her success, name and fame in music industry, and rose to very high levels. The career success continued even in Sun mahadasha after Jan 2007 as Sun rules 5th house of entertainment business and is in close conjunction with 2nd house lord Mercury (voice, money) as per Vedic Astrology.
But the ascendant lord Venus is also in close conjunction with 12th house lord Mars (Prison time, losses, relationship problems), and they both are aspected by 8th house lord Jupiter (drugs, alcohol, suffering, punishment, problems with Police), and the Badhaka house lord (9th house lord is the Badhaka planet for Amy) Saturn (violence, early death, legal difficulties). This explains Amy's problems with drugs, alcohol, violent and self destructive behavior, jail time, problems in relationships with other people at certain times in her life because the Ascendant lord Venus is connected with evil planets as well. Whenever the ascendant lord in the astrology chart is connected with Badhaka planet, or Badhaka house it gives short life and early death to the native, and this is what has happened in Amy's case according to Vedic Astrology.
Amy Winhouse was in Sun / Mercury / Jupiter / Rahu period from July 17th, 2011 to July 24th, 2011. Jupiter and Rahu are the killer planets in Amy's chart as Jupiter rules 8th house of death, drugs and alcohol and is in the constellation of badhaka planet Saturn. Rahu is in 12th house lord Mar's constellation and Rahu is also aspected by 8th house lord Jupiter. At the time of Amy Winehouse's death on July 23rd, 2011, the evil Rahu was transiting right on her Ascendant degree around 27 degrees in Taurus sign, and afflicting the 7th house Cusp in Amy's astrology chart. The 7th house lord Mars which represents other people around Amy Winehouse was conjunct Ketu opposite Rahu. The 7th house lord was afflicted on the day of death so there is a chance that Amy was murdered because someone around her could be so mad because the 7th house lord Mars which represents other people around Amy, was afflicted by Ketu and Rahu on the day of the death. My experience as an astrologer using Vedic Astrology and Indian Astrology says while analyzing the astrology charts of the people who are murdered or physically attacked, at the time of murder or attack the 7th house lord's natal or transit position in the victim's astrology chart is afflicted by Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu. Also when the badhaka planet is involved then the person dies under mysterious circumstances.
