(27) The Right of Women and all social component ethnic and minority groups to Equal Pay For Equal Work.
The Responsibility of this Right is that We Truly provide an acceptable performance criteria of "Equal Work" within the parameters of Our Standard for the meaning and spectrum of this Fairness Application.
(28) The Right of "Members of American Society" to receive, (when complying with the "Earning Standards Range" developed for this part of American Society), to the "American Minimum Earned Guaranteed Income".
Accompanying this Income would be State and National Government programs, designed and intended to assist and "raise" as many of this social strata into full American Citizenship, as possible.
(29) The Right of True Citizens to "Earn" the "Second and Third Level American Earned Guaranteed Income" when complying with the "Living Standards" thereof.
The American Citizens, of these Guaranteed Income Levels, are Responsible for complying with the qualifications and requirements for achieving them. See Part 5, of this Third American Constitution, for a description of this National Guaranteed Income Program.
(30) Our Farmers and Farm Workers, Of the Family Kind and the Corporate Kind, shall have the Right to a "Fair Living Wage Income".
The Responsibility of this Right is that We see to it that the income derived from the raising and selling of agricultural products, is on a par with the incomes of the industrial sectors. The same hourly wages should apply, or equal percentage distribution of profits should be awarded, that reflect the standards enjoyed by Worker Owned and Operated Businesses.
(31) The Right of American Worker Owned and Operated Businesses Individual Laborers of "lower skilled toil", to a Fair Share of profits accrued in the production and initial sales of services and products.
The Responsibility of this Right is that We recognize that all jobs are difficult and that all the jobs in the operation of a business are equally valuable.
Each task, if skillfully performed, contributes, in its special way, to the success of the business. We recognize the necessary, therefore valuable, contribution that "lower skilled laborers" perform in the performance of their duties.
(32) The Right of an Entrepreneurial, or corporate, Business Founder, to all the businesses profits, after the payment of the Fair Living Wages, Fair Share Of Taxes (If there are any) and the Proper Maintenance Overhead, referred to in this Constitutional Bill of Rights.
It is Our Responsibility, as True American Citizens to give proper credit to and recognition of the Entrepreneurial Men and Women who have worked hard to establish a successful profit making enterprise within the parameters of the New Standards indicated in this Direct Democracy Constitution Bill Of Rights.
Further, the Responsibility of this Right is the continued recognition and support that is Fair to embrace, when a Entrepreneurial, or corporate, (sometimes the one becomes the other) Human Founder:
