The OccupyTLV camp is the only protest camp remaining in Israel today, following the mass social protests of recent years. However, dwellers of the camp have suffered numerous serious violent attacks by a former policeman, who is also a former prisoner, convicted on serious violent crimes.
Default index search in the Supreme Court's compute systems fails to show the case of State of Israel v Uriel Benveniste (10321/05), the only publicly available documentation of his violent past, and the docket in this case shows no commencing record, no requests and no responses by the parties. [viii]
In parallel, the Israel Police refuses to provide the OccupyTLV camp dwellers equal protection, even after an incident where police itself raised concern that the man is capable of murder.
"Simulating Legal Process" - an age-old, common form of judicial corruption, extra-judicial conduct that is not cover by any immunity
The Israeli penal code does not contain a specific section for "Simulating Legal Process".
For discussion purposes, the term is used here as defined in the Texas Penal Code:
Texas Penal Code - Section 32.48. Simulating Legal Process
32.48. SIMULATING LEGAL PROCESS.
(a) A person commits an offense if the person recklessly causes to be delivered to another any document that simulates a summons, complaint, judgment, or other court process with the intent to:
(1) induce payment of a claim from another person; or
(2) cause another to:
(A) submit to the putative authority of the document; or
(B) take any action or refrain from taking any action in response to the document, in compliance with the document, or on the basis of the document.
(b) Proof that the document was mailed to any person with the intent that it be forwarded to the intended recipient is a sufficient showing that the document was delivered.
(c) It is not a defense to prosecution under this section that the simulating document:
