Simply put, you raise up the conservative, smack down the liberal or centrist line, and you'll in the end up getting a president with the power to overturn Roe vs. Wade and implant, with the help of both houses becoming ultra conservative, three or more new similarly conservative, like minded Justices!
I don't how one can frame the situation more plainly
