/> The Constitution Of "The Direct Democracy Republic Common Wealth Of The United States Of America" -- Part 2 - Our New Bill Of Rights and Responsibilities -- Article 12 -- The American States Rights and Responsibilities Of Governance.

(61) The States, of the Direct Democracy Republic Common Wealth Of The United Sates Of America, have the Right to deliberate and formulate their own Sovereign Policies Of State Governance, so long as they submit the same to all of the whole Direct Democracy Nation's True Citizens for final authority to finally establish as law.

The Responsibilities of this Right is for the Citizens of the States and the Citizens of the entire New American Nation, to come to mutually beneficial agreements regarding State Policies Of Governance, within the State's Sovereign Territory. It is possible that some policies will be allowed in a particular State that would not have much effect on the rest of The Union, or Other States. But, since it is crucial to remember that The American States, until they secede from the Union, are an integral part of Our Nation and that what effects the State also reflects on the Nation. For this reason it is important that the inner law designs of a particular American State, be voted upon and established by a Majority of the American Citizenry of all the other States. We are in this together. The People will decide.

(62) The above State Right includes the production and issuance of coin and currency, of its own unique design, to:

A. be used solely within the State Lines.

B. and have equal value to National currencies and coins and any other State that also produces and issues coin and currency.

The Responsibility of this Right is that a currency and coin issuing State must endeavor to not issue into its economy more money than it needs to remain "healthy" for its economy. It might be considered that this State currency is designated to be for spending only and not for saving, or hoarding; beyond a certain designated limit. The People will decide.

"White" male. 70 years old. Politically an eclectic, (confused?) mix of Conservative and Progressive. Have a dislike for capitalism, as it is practiced in the United States and as it is used to promote the tyranny of the new world order. (more...)
