International law professor and bio weapons expert Dr. Francis Boyle argues that COVID-19 is a biological warfare weapon. OpEdNews and Information Clearing House are seemingly the only progressive websites that have published articles supporting Francis Boyle's position. Otherwise, it is more conservative groups and individuals such as Alex Jones, Joseph Mercola, Zero Hedge, Lew Rockwell, and Gospel News Network that appear to support his views.
Though most websites are not discussing or supporting Francis Boyle on this issue, I can't find scientific articles that specifically disprove Francis Boyle's conclusions. Francis Boyle was the creator of the Bio Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 enacted by Congress. Francis Boyle has often been ignored by the mainstream news. Is he spreading misinformation or telling the truth?

If you don't have time to closely examine this exhaustive list, just watch this 9-minute video published March 17, 2020 in which Francis Boyle states that the Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China, a Bio Safety Level 4 Laboratory, bought the deadly virus technology from the University of North Carolina's Bio Safety Level 3 Laboratory, which got cells from Ft. Detrick, Maryland where the U.S. does its biological warfare testing. While the scientists in Wuhan were experimenting with the virus, it apparently got leaked out accidentally into the neighboring community. If you have more time, I would recommend this 39-minute interview of Dr. Francis Boyle by Dr. Joseph Mercola, which was probably recorded in mid-February, 2020.
