(58) The Citizen Majority Will, Of Our New Direct Democracy System Of Governance, is that We The American People ARE "The Nation". Because of this Taken Principle, "The American Nation" as a Sovereign National Entity of a Government Of The People, For The People and BY The People, is the Final Authority regarding ALL the issues of Our Nation's Governance.
This "Final National Majority Authority" supercedes, but tries to harmonize, all lesser and participating Sovereign Rights of the States, the Counties, the Communities, the Neighborhood Councils, the Families and the Individual Members and Citizens of Our Nation. No Law, Treaty, Tariff, Institution, Policy or Mandate, of any Sovereign Governance Level, can happen if it is not the well considered and voted upon, Majority Will of the whole nation of We The American People. For adjustment of Fairness and Justice, all the "Lesser Sovereign Levels of Governance" shall petition the Three National Governance Houses and Seats, including the "Sea To Sea True Citizen and Voter Support Network Of The American People". The "Eyes Of The People" will bear witness to these governance proceedings.
The Responsibility, of this powerful Right, lies in and with The American People. We should always endeavor to be as Educated and Wise in this supreme expression of Our National Government, as We possibly can. We must work at this just as hard as We do in Our Live's Personal Prosperity Quest. Even more so.
