/> The Constitution Of "The Direct Democracy Republic Common Wealth Of The United States Of America" -- Part 2 - Our New Bill Of Rights and Responsibilities -- Article 9 -- The Rights and Responsibilities Of Employees and Labor:

(55) The Right to Fair compensation to the Worker, for "Good" Productive Work in the Private Zone (Small Business as well as Corporate Organizations) of Our Economy.

The Responsibility of this Right is on all of Us, as American Members and Citizens. This is "a two way street". This "Fair Compensation" is a tool in Our Quest to eradicate poverty. The Private Sector must do its share in the national endeavor to establish and maintain a "healthy" economy.

(56) "WOOBUS" - The Right of American Workers to establish "Worker Owned and Operated Businesses", that provide a "Fair Share" of the businesses profits to each Individual Worker.

The Responsibility of this Right is to structure a "Worker Owned and Operated Business" so that its production and marketing Labor Force can earn a "Living Wage, or Salary" that brings them effectively into the economic zone of the New American Vision. The Ideal would be for all Workers, even of varying work skills, to share in a business's profits and this would bring them into various levels of the Living Wage Zone. A National Standard Of Decency may apply, but it might be considered alright for the individual Worker Owned and Operated Business to structure its own standards of "Fair Share" for its Workers. Then it would be up to the Individual whether, or not, to accept the W.O.O.BUS. terms of sharing its new profits.

(57) The Right of American Workers to decide what is Fair, through Business Based Vote, or National and/or State Majority Vote as Standards for production levels, living wages and work place "healthiness".

The Responsibility of this Right is that the American Workers develop the best criteria and policies for Fairness in their part of the economy and work place, that they can. This ability and responsibility is always enhanced by ever advancing levels of Education. Education would include the learning and practical application of "Our Nation's Highest Moral Understandings".

"White" male. 70 years old. Politically an eclectic, (confused?) mix of Conservative and Progressive. Have a dislike for capitalism, as it is practiced in the United States and as it is used to promote the tyranny of the new world order. (more...)
