Article. IV. - Section. 1. -- Of The Second American Constitution

Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.


Article. IV. - Section. 1. -- Of The Third Direct Democracy Constitution

Full Faith, Credit and as much as possible, Agreement, shall be given in each State to the Public Acts, Records, and Judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Three Houses Of Governance may, by Specific American Laws and Citizen Deliberations, prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, harmonized and the Effects Understood thereof.

Article IV - Section. 2 -- Of The Second American Constitution

The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.

No Person held to Service or Labour in one State, under the Laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in Consequence of any Law or Regulation therein, be discharged from such Service or Labour, but shall be delivered up on Claim of the Party to whom such Service or Labour may be due.


Article 4 - Section 2 -- Of The Third Direct Democracy Constitution

The Citizens of each and every American State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States, except in where special cultural communities have acquired permission within their state to establish and Live "Special Culture Lives", according to their own laws, that do not harm Others. Violators of the laws of these "Cultural Enclaves" will be sent to the authorities of the Host State of the "Cultural Enclave" for adjudication.

Beware entering the domain of Cultural Enclaves. Best done by invitation and protection of its authority structure. Except where the enclave spans an interstate highway. The interstate highways are always the sovereign domain of the National and State Governments.
