So we have had what should have been a great tool to educate the masses about how things should be working for all of mankind. Its been around for 60 or more years. Now its called the TV which I call THE-MEDIA-RIGHT-STORM, for all of the stone throwing which comes out of it.
I've thought much about Hank Williams' "Mind Your Own Business" song which was written long before the TV was in everyones' home. That song speaks so much truth to the hear and now. Hell, we knock Obama for smoking legal Cigarettes. We have knocked Wade Boggs for liking sex. Both are personnel choices which we all do not need to even lift a finger or thought about.
That slimy Media-Right-Storm has been doing nothing but keep us divided. Its the tool of the Government and Industry too.-Frank Zappa said it well in the 70s as such. Hell, today I see it glorifying WARS while knocking Peace as being radical. I wish like hell that it would explain different points of views, then being the slime creping across our living room floors.
Looking at history of my life: I see the Eagles sing about the "Dirty Laundry" the TV was all about in the 1980s. Hell, that song came out before OJ was tried before the American Public for close to 2 years, with him being called guilty before even a Jury had been picked. You all, who have been paying attention can name any number of other "Dirty Laundry" about if it bleeds its leads.
Thinking much about times like these latter days, it makes me glad that the Internet may yet be the tool which the TV could have always been. It sure looks to me like the Net has been Uniting People all over the World with solutions to this NIGHTMARE we are living in during the early days of the 21st Century. My dream of the TV is for it to be owned just as it is now, with its profits from Commercials being used to pay for Health Care for all. That would be a sense of justice to me, for the crimes (legal or not) against the humans who make its owners richer all of the time.
