And today, of course, t hat means that a good government should "promote the general welfare," as the Founders of America intended, and use the common wealth for the common good.

It goes much further than the old Liberation Theology that Pope Francis is trying to revive, because it submits that all religions and all governments of the world need to face the truth and the facts that will liberate and empower the people.
