never lives on grass', according to a Burmese saying. It is time therefore for
the world leaders to mount a campaign to cage the Burmese tiger and to usher in
a democracy. Belief in military dictators' promise of building a democratic
country will make them an object of ridicule.

this half-century-long political conflict in the next U.N. Security Council.

investigation into crimes against humanity and war crimes committed by the
military regime. The people of Burma are hoping that the international
community, especially the key players US, UN, EU and ASEAN may drive for
political changes in their country.
