'...As I briefed Rice on al Queda, her facial expression gave me the impression that she had never heard the term before, so I added, "Most people would think of it as Usama bin Laden's group, but it's much more than that. It's a network of affiliated terrorist organizations with cells in over fifty countries, including the US."

'Rice looked skeptical. She focused on the fact that my office staff was large by NSC standards (twelve people) and did operational things, including domestic security issues. She said, "The NSC looks just as it did when I worked here a few years ago, except for your operation. It's all new. It does some domestic things and it is not just doing policy, it seems to be worrying about operational issues. I'm not sure we will want to keep all of this in the NSC."'

Ask yourself why, in that meeting, Condoleeza Rice referred to al Queda an "operatinal issue."

Before September 11, why would al Queda have been regarded as an "operational issue?" Sure it would have been regarded as a domestic security issue, but wasn't that Richard Clarke's job?

At the time, Richard A. Clarke was Chairman of the White House Counterterrorism Security Group (CSG). He served on the Staff of the National Secuity Council. Clarke mentions that Condoleezza Rice was the fourth National Security Advisor he had worked for and the seventh he had worked with. It's time to start naming names for what happened on 9/11.

It's time to start naming names for what happened on 9/11. So, how about Condoleezza Rice? The Congress and the Judiciary will not bring Condoleeza Rice to justice, so the Amereican people must do this.

As recounted in the film Fahrenheit 9/11, United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice stated at the 9/11 Commission Hearings in reference to the August 6, 2001 Presidential Daily Briefing (PDB):

' "I believe the title was, 'Bin Laden Determined to Attack Inside the United States.' " '

Hmmmm........ When did she read the PDB?

'RICE: "...And I can only assume or believe that perhaps the intelligence agencies thought that the sourcing was speculative.

' "...All that I can tell you is that it was not in the August 6 memo, using planes as a weapon. And I do not remember any reports to us, a kind of strategic warning, that planes might be used as weapons. In fact, there were some reports done in '98 and '99. I was certainly not aware of them at the time that I spoke...." '

Ooooh...... ----she lied, she lied, she lied. Yes, planes used as weapons..... Liar, liar, liar. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6KbUpGNBts

At the time, United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was coming from a whole troope of disingenuous preformers in this regard. So....... she's not the only one at fault. But it's a start, anyway. In fact, United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has a whole archive of lying.

'RICE:"...The U.S. government did not act against the growing threat from Imperial Japan until the threat became all too evident at Pearl Harbor. And, tragically, for all the language of war spoken before September 11, this country simply was not on a war footing.

"Since then, America has been at war. And under President Bush's leadership, we will remain at war until the terrorist threat to our Nation is ended. The world has changed so much that it is hard to remember what our lives were like before that day. But I do want to describe the actions this administration was taking to fight terrorism before September 11, 2001."
