Consortium News picked up this video before it was suppressed by Facebook. It is a well sourced documentary demonstrating that when then Vice President Biden went to Kyiv in 2016, he threatened to withhold a $1 billion loan to Ukraine unless President Poroschenko dismissed Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, an honest and hard-working official. Shokin was replaced byYuriy Lutsenko, an engineer with no legal training who had been convicted of embezzlement during his prior tenure as Minister of Internal Affairs. Lutsenko proved corrupt in his new position, and was part of the effort to smear American ambassador Marie Yovanovitch. At this time, Biden's son, Hunter, was serving on the board of Ukrainian energy giant Burisma, which was owned by a corrupt oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky. Lutsenko discontinued the investigation of Burisma.
